A lot of my out of state real estate clients really like this market because the macroeconomics look so good for this market - population is growing, job growth is growing, and so many companies moving and developing here.

Stocks don't give you this.The tax code's most beneficial deductions are geared for taxpayers who create jobs (owning a business) or who house others (rental properties).

It is hard and will be a full time time job to do it right. 

Musk was nuts, Bezos was nuts, Cardone, Jobs, all "nuts", every great was "nuts" until they were relabeled a visionary, path blazer, innovator, genius. 

There's so many catalysts for population and job growth (Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide Hospital, etc).

I think we do a very good job of helping investors to focus on the most lucrative prospects.

He does a great job of acting like he cares but when it actually comes down to action it’s a whole different story.

I’m thinks just pay him his regular price for the job and throw him 5-10% finders/gc fee instead of making a 70/30 split or something like that.

Your job is to make sure they are covering what they need to cover for the property. 

The big pros are the strong job market (lots of major employers), good population growth, and still-reasonable entry prices.
