(D) A person, partnership, association, limited liability company, limited liability partnership, or corporation licensed in a jurisdiction where there is no legal distinction between a real estate broker license and a real estate salesperson license must meet the requirements of division (A) of this section before engaging in any activity described in this section that requires a real estate broker license in this state.

What this allMeans is , I’d show the unit and if more then 3 people say what da heck with those cabinets ?

Obviously if you defraud people or something that's totally different, then the county DA would look at it, but in the process of a real estate transaction only the commission has say.

IF that was used for growing, then you buy it, and grow ... and where the cops & DA in the mood, they could put you in the unenviable spot of proving that you were NOT the former grower.If you call, mention that it might have been, etc., at least you've done something.
