It was a basic instruction in investing but mostly a pitch for LS without a ton of meat.

There HAS  to be a website out there instructing prospective tenants on how to get around a landlord's  "no pets" rule.

Landlords must understand legal obligations and prevent injuries by implementing maintenance procedures and safety instructions.
