That lawsuit is a claim for fraud, and that’s what fraud typically is...a misunderstanding and someone being “injured” and wanting to hold the other responsible for it.

It hasn't come to that point yet my adjuster contacted me just a week or so ago telling me a file was transferred to him about an accident I have last year telling him  the other side is calming injures and has an attorney.

Alvin,There are a couple of reasons why it makes sense to require the coverage:1. if they cause an injury to a third party and do not have insurance, the injured party's attorney will be looking for a reason why you were somehow at fault2. if a loss such as a fire damages the property and their contents are destroyed, your policy will not cover their contents.
