Hi Craig,After managing hundreds of properties and investing in 30 rentals myself, I've found Florida to be a great market for long-term rentals, especially in areas like Tampa Bay where there’s steady growth.

I suspected growth would happen.. so this was a 150k play. 

It is an old house but has been completely gutted and rennovated in a Midwest state with a flatline population growth.

I'm not as familiar with Cincinnati, but I have seen many headlines about the city's growth. 

I own in the Avenue neighborhood and feel it has the has the strongest prospect for growth. 

I spent my twenties in the area and have seen the economic growth.

While I don’t own investments there, I’ve explored the market and see potential for some long-term growth.
