Personal money How did you add value to the deal?

I have both, but LTR'S is where I have and still make the most money.

My plan is to take the next six months to try and learn as much as possible about multifamily real estate, while also saving up money to be able to start a career in brokerage.

Just ask the owner what are you going to do with the money if you sell for cash??
