Is it possible to have a property manager who manages some of the property, while I manage the rest remotely?

This is a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom single family house.

I have kept managers after mistakes, but they were solid managers who rarely made them. 

A year ago I recently purchased my first multi family to house hack and I rant into a issue when the seller paid for a electrical upgrade to the home.

.- Who better to show the house and speak positively about than a current tenant?

More than likely the asset will in a location where cap ex & management/operational costs are disproportionately higher and therefore your expense ratio will also have to be adjusted to a higher number.  

We’d have a regularish house, a few acres (maybe more), gardens, alpacas, chickens. 

The other 2 duplexes I have purchased have had no issues.Larry and Josh were working with me as well for 2 years then they just handed over the communication to management company and vanished once 2 or 3 year mark hit.
