There is a product for this, but honestly its going to be more along the lines of hard money.You are going to save $$$ by just simply doing a cash out refinance and using that as your down payment; especially if you have good credit.

Lenders only win when you win, so find someone who will be honest about if a deal is good or not.

Talk to lenders, but to be honest who cares if it is over 800.I've had over 800 and over 750, lenders typically provide the same rate as long as it is over 740.

Although, I am also considered a new here on the BP platform, I can honestly say I've learned a lot.
