Local is almost always better if you can swing it.

It’s expensive but I can swing it.

I live near Pinehurst, NC and several famous golf courses.

From the outside place loveseat or table & chairs where those doors were.  3 set of double doors not needed and the swings take up space.

Now our family plan is to buy on a golf course just outside of PV (we found our spot, just not the unit) which we will use as STR and several months personally each year.

If we can swing it, we may also be able to purchase a LTR towards the end of the year.

Especially when the investor form he filled out listed his occupation as cellular phone salesman.One day, while golfing with this investor, I inquired about how he was able to accumulate so large an amount of investment capital at such an early age.
