I forgot to put my price range in.I can be anywhere from 50- 120k depending on the property, cash deal. poI have noticed the few properties I liked have either sold to fast or are just out of my price range.We did a quick trip through GR recently and I obviously loved heritage hill and and the areas around eastown near fuller and wealthy st.I prefer to be in a very walk able area with a hip younger crowd even if it is considered not a great area.Thanks for the the advice about Tenets and not taking on someone elses headache.

Well, I have a 14' inflatable river raft, thinking about blowing it up and lashing it around the front of my truck.

They use to not reassess the whole house than the county came in strong and there was a back lash.. now they are readjusting that but they have not come out with anything I have seen recent..

@Carolyn Fuller If you have enough people interested at one time, try jamming everyone into an "open-house" without them knowing.
