I have seen there is a shortage of framers.

Framers, tile guys and painters will be in this week.

I have also been trying to find out about Meet up groups and just recently found one in Marysville.Locally I know good people in the sub-contracting world that I trust (concrete, painting, framers, electricians and plumbers).

I lived in Arcola for a couple years working for a building framer.

I am also looking to network with Local Tradespeople such as Surveyor, Framers, Plumbers, HVAC etc.   

Does anyone have a good framer who has done work on adding additions to older houses (built in 1895!)

You either like or you don.tOn my new build project in Oregon  90 homes  700k to  1 mil finished product our buyers expect perfection. and as such our subs are the best I can buy.. the ONLY thing I pay direct for is the lumber package and Truss package  and the framer does all the take offs for us and that is included in his framing labor billing..

I already have a framer on hand and a couple of GC that will be helping but the first thing is access + the current septic system will need to be addressed. however time and money as always. 

After demo is complete, let your framer install the frame.
