Most people couldn't care less about VOMs, VOEs, flood certs, title, escrow, underwriting, FICO scores, basis points, 1003s, appraisals, closing, income statements, bank statements, tax returns, end of month, comps, duplicates and triplicates and re-verifications before closing, VA, FHA, Conventional, points, locks, interest rates, liens, judgments, DTI ratios, font end, back end, clearing title, HUD statements, wire transfers and all the rest.

@Ivan Enriquez it all depends, what size and font your signs are and where you put them are all factors that determine if your signs get noticed in the first place.

Our DM will be yellow letters which will be personalized using a special font system that will allow the letters to look hand written and will be sent in color envelopes to add a personal touch.

:) My biggest issue with Business cards folks is that the demographic they appeal to the most - us old folks - can't use them half the time cause of the darn font size.
