The investment in the plane ticket and hotel can pay off huge when you are able to find and focus in on a specific area. 

The treasury secretary is very focused on the 10 year rate. 

I added value through great management and a focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience.

I should probably focus less on the highs and lows and aim for that average ARV per location and what buyers/renters are looking for. 

Why focus on assumable as opposed to working on Sub2 deals? 

If you can't shape yourself into a solution maker the cold hard truth is this isn't for you and you'd be better focusing time and energy elsewhere. 

@Brooks McCarvel I’ve already Posted once on this thread but I’ll re-post that I think if you’re leaning towards an MBA I’d try to focus on finance or accounting.

Renting could allow you to focus on paying down debt and saving for a larger down payment, while buying now could help you start building equity or even generate passive income through house hacking.

What areas are they focused on?  

Rather than focusing on physical renovations, we maximized value by structuring the deal for a rapid turnaround.
