No experience in Brooklyn but there are a lot of programs out there for rental assistance.

Its extremely important to know your numbers upfront from approved sale price, Maximum or Minimum downpayments, programs, costs, and seller credits.

We are NOT a fit for low quality assets such as C/D or uber high input such as sec8 or mid/large MFH.

I've heard all the talk about hundreds of units and beat up properties and that just doesn't sound like the right fit for me.

Depending on when you see this response, I think Momentum 2025 could be a perfect fit for where you're at right now, it's a weekly 8-week virtual series going over all kinds of RE topics with the pros, there's time for Q&A and also everyone will have access to small accountability groups to network and bounce ideas off one another.

Sound like some people we’ve previously “engaged” with.The second criteria is if the deal is a “fit” for syndication.  

Basically since you have these two assets at your disposal maybe tailoring a couple of investments to fit those assets might be the easiest way to go about it versus looking for a needle in the haystack.Just my 2 Cents.
