I only Use STR for fishing trips to remote areas that are undeserved by hotels/motels.. this summer I only looked at ones with no cleaning fees.

Still, its great for fishing on a boat, and people watching at the beach if you like that sort of thing - not as family friendly as it used to be.

For us, we know that (appraisal/FHA loan fixes/it's a stale listing (insert another problem) can be a killer for a deal so this way we can make this deal happen quickly and move on to the larger fish.

There are extremely advanced pm systems, but if the scope isn't significant then sometimes it's easier to work with some smaller fish.

The other things I invite you to do is, before you take advice on this or any forum...or from a guru...is to look up their background and see if they really know their stuff or if they simply want to sell snake oil.
