-Homes here sell for about $600/sqft, so if the expansion is approx 600 sqft, then it would add 300k to value of home.

Kenosha/Pleasant Prairie has seen massive industry and manufacturing expansion in the past 4 years thanks to large scale trendsetters like Uline and Amazon.   

They are building a lot of new housing / apartments because of the metro expansion and it has increased local rents but reduced home appreciation from what I’ve seen.

The hospital has purchased the land for future expansions and there is a home valued at approximately $130,000 on the land. 

Columbus is an incredible market (real estate and quality of life)...everyone loves where they live, but it's really exciting to see the growth and expansion of the city here...I wouldn't hesitate to say (besides the weather in the winter ;) Columbus is one of the top 5 cities in the country...my prediction was the population would double 2-yrs ago and everyone laughed...but the city is on track to make it happen.Is there a particular area of the city you'll be focused on?

Charles County (fastest growing area in the region), the expansion of Westport Plaza has reinvigortated the nightlife in the area and the new World Wide Technologies headquarters is going to be great for the region.

My wife and I currently own and operate a small cabin rental business in Southern Colorado on the Rio Grande River.  We currently have 3 cabins and would like to expand.  We stay very busy and turn away more business ...

It's not like the Raiders are an expansion team with no built in following.
