We are keeping our current house as a rental.

We have stabilized 2 properties so far and we are in the middle of the refinance on the second.

Downstairs 2br 1bath unit we are living in.

Its a personal nightmare and tragic event. 

We are not perfect, and we only know where we fail when we are told. 

I have proof of all of it and we are ready to act swiftly.

We typically have a specific criteria of contingencies we are putting into place within the purchase and sales agreement to help protect our investor clients from many of the issues that arise when inherenting tenants.

And this is a biggee wading through the fake lenders or the Joker brokers that tell you what you want to hear  but cant get the deals funded and you lose the deal and a lot of money.3. with actual PML  private people  usually have very limited funds so cant scale with them.. they can have a life event and just stop doing loans all together..

I've said this before, but I would contend that we are in a "What can you do that is really hard?"
