My company is presently set up in Nashville, TN, but because I am originally from Chicago I have scoured the area for good deals to embark on.

I have embarked on the path you are interested in...left a 20 year corporate job at the end of 2012 to go full time in real estate.

I recently decided to embark on a real estate investment company and the process of educating myself on the subject.

Hopefully I will quickly build up a knowledge base and skill set in real estate investing to enable me to transition into wholesaling and rehabbing.I am very excited to be embarking upon this new career and  look forward to meeting some of you as I move along this journey!

These are not for inexperienced investors, in my opinion, and the seller carries a significant risk which they should be fully explained to them before embarking.

Any thoughts on the offer price or the headaches involved in embarking on this type of project?

Hi Wendell:We have done a dozen or so flip deals but we are actually embarking on our first modular home/raw land deal.

@Rick Stein  only way I would embark on something like that again is with 100% equity NO debt .

I needed this before I embark on this journey.

Regardless if they were a local or a foreigner, being able to see someone for who they are was what made living in a new country so beautiful.As I now embark on this new journey in the California, Bay Area, I believe that is my motivation of being a real estate agent.
