So if you buy smart and have a good cash flowing property this could help you.It is more difficult in this environment to find great properties at great prices at interst rates that work well.I would also caution everyone to not put all their eggs in the STR basket.

Another option may be to form multiple series or "cells" if permitted under applicable laws.

I was looking into a virtual number such as from RingCentral so that I wouldn't have to use my personal cell in any guest communications, but I also noted that many of the PMS such as OwnerRez and Lodgify offer SMS messaging.

I haven't heard of the "Binder" technique before, but it sounds like a great idea.As for increasing the Studio ADR, we are considering offering guests a half a dozen fresh eggs for breakfast since we have chickens. 

If you put all of your investment eggs in a proverbial Airbnb basket, you are already setting yourself up for failure. 

Sometimes the score is low but just because unpaid medical bills for example but in other cases all bills are late, even a cell bill of $50 or less.
