I started this ticking New-Year's-Eve style countdown for Airbnb/STR licenses in Wheat Ridge, so I thought I'd continue to update here.

The eves had to be held up with a beam during restoration so that the weight of the roof did not cause the wall to collaspe.

Eve (and others)- I read Dave's book and watched a lot of his television episodes and have a lot of trust in the guy but don't personally follow everything he says.

the garage doors were put on the eve side and is not sitting squarely on the slab, and the sill is starting to pull up on inside wall and lean out off the foundation.

@Nick Tenge Well done vinyl siding and eves, or all brick with vinyl eves is a big money saver on future maintenance!

The dam that supplies water broke New Years eve 20 years ago and went roaring down Virgin River Gorge, damaging I-15.

With my second son, who was due Christmas Eve, we had my wife running laps around the mall, doing jumping jax, and many other things in an emergency effort to secure our tax return only to have him decide to stay in comfort until Jan 2nd.
