What is the duration of the note?

If you were to sell off only a percentage of a partial (e.g. selling 25% of the payments for the next 60 months, and keeping 75% of them during the partial), you would be keeping the Lion's share of the note for its duration.

The current HOA rules state that the MEMBER aka the Owner is the only one who can book the "parties" and that the member  must be present for the duration of any party. 

It is larger than rent for the duration of their lease term remaining.

Personally I'd RATHER have the underclassmen simply for the possibility of having them for the duration of their studies.

My next deal spells out specific expectations as to project duration/scope of work, payment schedule, and deadlines.

Jerry,Depending on what the project is there are several options:- Renovation Builders Risk policy for the building & separate Liability- Vacant Dwelling policy endorsed to include the renovation- Homeowners or Dwelling Fire policy that will allow the renovationWhich option is best depends on the work to be done, duration, whether or not the building will be occupied, etc. 

I will always include an inspection contingency / study period to protect myself... with a duration in excess of what should be necessary to complete the due diligence.

Depending on the duration of the stay a washer and dryer may not even be necessary.

I read Nolo also but curious if anyone has experience with a shortened duration for the notice and if courts accepted/rejected.
