I agree with the advice to use property management software from the start, as it will allow you to grow your portfolio more seamlessly.

If you do a download, you will see that only a small portion of what you enter is downloadable.

Download the TX state-specific leases from BP (I had to enroll in the annual pro plan to access it. there are promo codes)2.

So, I will often allow them early entry for free giving them a few days to more seamlessly move in.
