I don't think either Southlake or Frisco are good rental markets. 

My focus is simple: helping out-of-state investors like you unlock the full potential of the Birmingham market.

Unless you have $5 - 10k MONTHLY to spend on marketing this is what you need to do to have any chance for success with wholesaling.
