You need to begin a dialogue and relationship with some flippers in your area.  

Good back and forth dialogue here.I would agree with Jake for the most part - in that action is a huge component of one's overall ability to make any business work (i.e. - if you can't even take the first step, then it's probably not worth getting started with the learning process...  

Just keep the dialogue friendly & make sure they realize you are just trying to get in touch with them so you can help them.

If you're having trouble finding a good one it might be due to your attitude and dialogue on that initial phone call.

The documents are not necessarily going to match your needs, and [in my opinion] it doesn't offer the same level of personal dialogue and determination as having your own attorney.That said, I think that $5,000 is a bit steep for a simple incorporation.
