@Sam Epstein   @Michael Hayworth  is an accurate depiction of how trustee or sherrif sales work.. you simply either know what your doing or you don't  if you don't like you.. then most likely this is far to risky.. and like Mike said 95% chance this all a bunch of work for nothing as the property1.
