I don't pay for my lawn to be mowed because 'I make more money with my talents otherwise,' I don't mow my lawn because 'I don't have much time, I can afford this financially, and I'd rather be climbing, biking, or fabricating.'

There is a utility sink in the basement next to the washing machine (a machine that has a delicate cycle and I pay for water) - so for this property it's actually not reasonable to wash a sweater in the bathroom sink.
