The caveat to the first option is I want to keep the same company name as it is our daughters initials.

We had a young daughter who woke up in the middle of the night sometimes.

My daughter ordered hers as seconds ,they came in mismatched different colors and  she had them painted to match.

Don't use her daughter as collateral.

But the lady who is the victim had a dream to create a retreat for addictions  as her daughter had passed away from an OD .. so it was her mission and she was far more emotionally involved with this other than just losing 10k.. to these fraud's.

Could a father and daughter buy a property and qualify for loan together with shared title. 

So I do understand now wanting them to be a tenant and also the fear for the OP in regards to having her daughter with her when performing repairs. 

It might be worth more questions with the daughter-in-law to see what she knows about if her late husband was ever the owner.
