To HELL with Google.EVERY marketing company will tell you that they will follow google directions. so consider this:Take these guys...He is one of my clients, ZERO knowledge of SEO, He simply followed my direction and look at the stats. 0 backlinks, Low DA low PA.Beating the living crap out of the national companies, including the local results with a lot Higher DA and PA score including more backlinks.HOW is that possible?

Hire a Property Manager ;) Seriously though- I have remote rentals, and the amount of crap that comes up that I don't even get calls about (clogged toilet, leaky sink, needing a new showered etc) It's worth the 6-12% HANDS DOWN!

If they aren't netting one billion dollars per year, they are full of crap.

We tore the toilet out, put a sanitary cover over the hole, took off a shower head, tore off the shower door, put both the toilet and shower head on the shower floor, placed an upside down box on top of both hiding them, randomly put the shower door in another room in the house, threw a bunch of other boxes and crap in there (it may have included boxed "first night in new home toiletries and celebratory whiskey"...), and I suggested that the agent use the term "storage closet" as he opened the door for the appraiser. 

The crap flows downhill and this is coming from Obama and the 33,000 new rules and regulations that they want to enforce on the small businesses. 

The advertised "CRAP RATES"  by the scammers are not reporting cash on cash. 

For an example of what I'm talking about, this guy has some great videos showing him making actual phone calls to real motivated sellers: The tutorials, books and podcast are amazing, and if you guys have already done these kind of videos/blogs let me know... but I think videos/blogs chronicling every detail of real deals as they're in progress from start to finish that you guys are working on would be extremely educational.It would be so awesome to watch a series of videos/podcasts or a series of articles/blogs where Josh or Brandon are detailing every step of the process in a deal that they're currently working on.

This is what I have learned, building some large 100-300 people buyers list is crap!
