It shouldn't be input as income as it is not income, your property managers already input it as income so that would be counting it twice.

I agree that a walkthrough bedroom will usually not be counted as a bedroom by the renters OR most people needed in the buying process.

If the owner redeems, or if you buy out the owner's rights and then YOU redeem, all of those liens re-attach to the property.BTW, do not count on buying vacant lots and building something on them.

Remember, a 3% appreciation rate on an all cash property with no debt provides a… 3% return (not counting cash flow).
