And not knowing their numbers also makes it next to impossible to know if you have a bad PM that's eating into your cash flow as well (Like Vacasa charging $800-1000 a month for elecrtic on a 4/3, 2000sqft house with a pool).

My top priority is having maximum flexibility with what I can invest in within my HSA, second priority is ease of use and convenience of the investing platform, third is minimizing any account, trading, or management fees charged by the HSA provider.

I wouldn't get this on a house in Bay Area if I bought an $800,000 house, no way I can charge $8,000 rent, maybe $4000 or $4500.

I did get lot rate for a similar rural park that is about 40 miles away, and they charge $350 per month, which is decent.
