I want to improve my "deal combing" skills in order to have an elite understanding of where value can be added, what makes a high quality area, where I can generate appreciation due to an area's rent disparity, and what makes a deal just "feel good".

I know my state (CT) and our neighbors to the north (MA) do, but you can check for your state here: https://payable.com/taxes/comb...This creates an issue with someone much bigger than some collection agency - the IRS.

And they are likely to go through it with a fine-tooth comb at the moment, as lenders have been tightening their belts in light of the looming possible economic downturn. 

I have combed a few forums but have not found a variant for my questions that I am needing help with.  

My wife is a buyers agent and spends a lot of time combing the MLS daily for clients.

I went home and went over the Sellers Disclosure with a fine tooth comb.

I'm still in the learning phase and I'm combing through podcasts, discussions on here, etc. for hours a day.

I haven't yet had the chance to comb through all the topics, or the posts on the Forums, but I figured that a "New Member Introductions" post to start would be a great way to solidify my beginnings into this highly diverse profession/industry.
