For crying out loud, in what universe is the solution to a problem: “𝗗𝗼 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸”?!

Short term will make you more money, but require a lot more management (new tenant every 3 days, turn over, cleaning, etc).  

The law allows you to charge for ALL cleaning, including trash removal.

I wouldn’t think this would necessarily be the correct solution in a condo unit.

I just set up my vrbo account and still some finer details about planning the communication, cleaning service, maintenance persons, etc…

Cash flow can be great if you manage it well and keep occupancy rates high, but factor in the added costs of management, cleaning, and potential vacancy dips.

Luckily this apartment just needed touch up a cleaning.

First of all, my personal credit was a very good at 735 midscore. 100% financed tidied it up just a little bit more with  just cleaning up a couple of things on my credit.

I walked to the house and met a man who says he was cleaning out due to the loss of their mother in some few weeks back.The guy told me she is  left with 12 years mortgage on the property to pay the bank.

Hopefully your one side will vacate properly and clean.
