I didn't take it after looking at their circular and spending about 2 months considering it (along with help from SCORE and other advisors).

I went through their franchise offering circular and was astonished at what I saw as extremely heavy-handed, one-sided terms. 

Then a good carpenter friend of mine cut a board to size (somehow ripping it to make it the same height as the other flooring using only my circular saw!)

If that information is not sufficient to support others concerns associated with pits then obviously this is a illogical circular discussion in which you may choose to put forth irrational arguments.  

This is really sounding like a circular argument now and not that interesting.

Then the structural engineering, any requirements such as solar, fire sprinklers, that is required  per code, and possibly  earthquake standards, (depending on location), and all the sudden that circular tiny home is a million dollar project.  

Staging proves to sell homes at a higher price, adds warmth and purpose to nooks and underutilized rooms, and camouflages a less than stellar rehab material list. virtual staging can be a let down for buyer expectationsTake it off market, repair the sidewalk crack, plant colorful flowers where the small circular stepping stones are, Place potted mixed colorful plants at driveway corners and to the right of sidewalk at pillar, paint garage white and front door Red, it never disappoints! 

Most of the podcasts I've been listening to for the past couple years have started to go downhill, mainly through loads of circular self promotion.

So I picked up 4 harbor freight circular saws , we cut the shingles and plywood at the same time , Tore the crap out of blades and the saws .
