knowing that the occupant runs a meth lab on the property ... to an illegal squatter .... to who knows what.Look harder .... work at building a network of people who keep an eye out for properties that may come up for sale.Develop an elevator pitch describing what you do and the types of properties that interest you.

Im sure you know that package plants are expensive to operate (skilled operator, sludge, chemicals, lab work...), have high replacement costs, and are subject to risk of increased regulations.

I'm exploring a couple options where I could potentially work from home for the majority of the time and am also exploring some leads at Bettis Atomic Lab.

I don't allow people to get animals once they are in a place without an animal because they don't have any way of knowing how that animal will behave in the house and my property is not an incubator or experimentation lab. 

You could have ended up with squatters or a meth lab (that happened recently in my city in a vacant rental property). 

They are at the mercy of the lab doing the testing.

It wasn't a meth lab, just a drug trafficking house i guess.
