He is different than a personal trainer bc at least a trainer cares about your results and isn't lying about their own. 

At another property with just the sidewalk I let the tenants take care of it, but the liability of these steep stairs makes it too important for it to be haphazard or me having to scold them to shovel and salt the walk and steps.I know in snowy areas people with houses contract plowing for the winter at a flat rate.

Well, come tax time, I had to unravel 3 LLCs with quite a bit of expense and am paying double tax because of their lack of care and knowledge.

Personally, I like Pace and think he is a smart guy who cares about helping people, but the empire has overtaken the vision.

Some investors think that just because they are section 8 they don’t care where they live, they just want a roof over their head.  

Only way I would ever do it again, is if that contract is written much more carefully and explicitly.
