If my contract is unenforceable, voidable then it is impossible to hold an equitable interest in such a contract, what rights I actually have are up in thin air, nothing, and there is no value in such a contract.Now, I advertised my contract, I arranged for a young man with interest to drive by where your daughter works to see her working as a bar tender and he seems very interested in obtaining my contract, or so I thought.........Turns out the young man answering my ad is a cop and I get arrested for pimping your daughter, hope they don't nail both of us for human trafficking!

Viagra was originally designed for cardiac and blood pressure issues and they found it had a great side effect :D I can't comment on whether the price of the course is worthwhile as I don't own it, but it seems the guys who are pushing this have carved out a great way to double close without all the hassle.

I would think that from an income qualification standpoint, it could only benefit the situation, but be sure to verify all other qualification: previous evictions, bankruptcy, arrests...or whatever else would be a no-go as per your guidelines.3.
