I’m just switching to TenantCloud now because I can customize the application questions (can’t do that on Cozy) and it has a texting app so I don’t have to give anyone my personal cell # either.

Mostly worried about the bankruptcy, but if husband had cancer or something, can see how it could happen. 

Our agent popped open his laptop right there in the driveway to write our offer up, which we docusigned right then and there on our cell phones, still in the driveway of the subject property.
