@Sylvia Kuang, you can only legally receive compensation for work as a property manage through your brokerage.

aren't all brokerages have to be part of NAR?

I would recommend also finding a brokerage that has agents doing flips for their clients and doing all the work you can to help that certain agent so you can watch what they do and learn, but also give value to them. 

Courses online are relatively cheap and there's some brokerages like kw that have offered free online courses with no obligation to join afterwards.

Can a property management company be established as a subsidiary to a brokerage?
