Once you’ve made all of the rookie mistakes and have your SOPs in order, you can go invest out of state with a game plan.

Very new at this game I live in cottonwood California and I would be interested in going to meet up if my schedule would allow.

I have been BRRRR-ing in Milwaukee since 2009 and while it got progressively harder to find deals the game really changed after 2020.

Definitely not clueless just watching the game from the sidelines.

Yet it's all a zero sum game, so think about it from winners & losers.

That's why I'm asking for more opinions from people who have been in the game longer. 

Lots of people either rush in to quick or don't ever get in the game.
