Yes we can have a judgement against him and eventually we MIGHT get the money back from the judgement but I am not holding my breathe for that.

You need to take a step back, breathe, look at what is true vs. what is heresay, learn the steps you take if you feel you have been unfairly accused, etc.

The township can be a little hard to deal with, as  they are always very strict with U&O inspections etc but overall its a good area for cashflow, and possibly appreciation (although I personally wouldn't hold your breath for massive appreciation there). 

Towson is getting a breath of fresh air with the redevelopment of downtown Towson, and I personally believe that Towson will become the center of the entire Baltimore region in the future, simply because Baltimore City will never not be a crime infested hellhole.Anyhow, enlighten me, what say you?

Cash flow is not negotiable, you need it like the air to breath and it pays your bills, but it does not create any significant wealth.

Hi @Anthony Heatley, I'm new to the DFW market too but both my business partner and I come from the DMV (DC/MD/VA) area and to us, these prices especially for multi-families, are breath of fresh air.
