We have numerous private lenders that want to lend us money or partner on projects but we hit a bottleneck.

Money is cheap and management isn't difficult...it's finding the deal that's the bottleneck.

This is definitely one of the biggest bottlenecks, and we've tried several different methods over the years at our various properties.Long story short, we use a delivery/drop off service. 

For example, one I've done is on things like rebar and steel plates in the slab.Honestly the bottle-neck is my desire for them all to be fairly polished.

Currently everyone is trying to refinance which is creating bottlenecks, delays and slightly higher prices.
