The good lenders are out there but their names aren't BoA, Wells Fargo ect.

The Father was then placed in the care of a cousin (she pretty much kidnapped him actually with hopes of getting access to his money) who was then given a more current POA (probably before he got Alzheimer’s but we’re not sure) who then used the more current POA to gain access to information on the Father’s Bank Of America (BOA) credit line account.

I believe this is at the lender's discretion as I have had banks reject my land trust (I think the latest was a BoA property).

Just hearing that JP Morgan has a $13 billion fine $4billion for restitution, BoA is admitting to fraud, SAC losing it's license and forfeits US portfolio and indictments on individuals are coming down as well.Any restitution could take years, better late than never.I guess we will see how hard the executives of the housing bubble get slapped.Anyone hear of anything else on the regulatory front?

I found court records indicating BoA vs. current property holder on title & WashingtonMutual so I assume that is the title defect?

BOA isn't the worst bank, not by a far stretch.
