You can do this without grab bars and its better than no ADA access...you could also include blocking in the wall for grab bars without installing them now.

If it is some kind of big deal like it is an old metal barn eyesore on a downtown city block undergoing revitalization and you're going to build a $10mil apartment building on it, if you can get the land...hey hey maybe the powers that be might negotiate something with you, with perhaps a promise you won't fight value for 10 years or something like that.

The legal structures they set up for me were confusing until they sent me a block diagram showing how everything works at which point it became very clear.Only thing I wish they had was a "users manual" that explains what to do at each stage of the process; that would have been simpler than all the emails I sent which they happily answered.Overall it was a very positive experience and the peace of mind it brings is well worth the money.

U can still see those large blocks off land grants in northern CA in their original configuration.Of course out west we survey most every thing on Base line and meridian starting at a certain point..

Class D Bars on every corner , houses with bars on windows , cars on blocks and stripped , drug dealers on the corner , drug addicts sleeping on the sidewalk , tents on the sidewalk , gunshots , ladies of the evening ( and day ) , abandoned houses , graphity on buildings .

PLus they can get too far behind market rate since then landlords won't take them in market-rate units.Which I get since when HomeForward had open app days, the line would go around the block twice.Anyways, even at higher amounts, (totally anecdotal) higher percentage of single mothers with kids.
