Plus the infrastructure is growing, Section 8 is a great source for tenants, and there is a bunch of large employers there.

The purpose of investing in a syndication is to leverage the sponsor's time, expertise and ability to source great deals, but if the experience is going to cause you to lose sleep at night, the return may not be worth it.

Do you have any recommendations on a lending source for a property such as this?

I am sure many are actually purchasing real estate with these unsecured loans but the investors are not really benefiting from the real estate, they are merely making a fixed return and providing inexpensive equity sources to those who actually own the real estate.

The biggest lesson, which I learned early on: get clear on the type of property you want to buy, then tell everyone over and over again.

That will be an important piece to this depending on how you plan to source your capital.
