If the tenant does not pay rent on their flat, proceed with the appropriate remedies under local tenancy law.If the tenant of the parking space does not pay, have them booted or towed.  

So in order to not lose that extra $2-3,000 over the next 10 months I'll go ahead and try to remedy.  

I've been working with Meetup to remedy this.

Just as a point of reference I had a water claim from a small leaky pipe leading to a dishwasher and that took 4 full months to completely remediate / mitigate.

First the bad, most banks will not fund the loan nor will most home owner insurance companies approve a policy until restoration and remediation is complete.

@Troy LusterI think your asking should you demand remedy of tenant caused damages before they move out.  

Any unseen issues will be presented to the Seller for remediation/negotiation if required.
