It is something you find emotionally fulfilling, something you have potential for (I find basketball emotionally fulfilling, but the Bulls and I agree- I have no potential for it), something you may have always wanted, or been longing for for a very long time, something you feel utilizes your God-given talents completely, and something that will make a difference in your life and the lives of others for the better.The second is knowing where you're going.

So does anybody know of any local legends that have REAL invaluable flip experience that they have published?

Is it fair for a baseball player or a basketball player to make millions dollars per year, for playing a sport, while there are people working 60-80 week fixing houses that are only earning 100K (if they are lucky)?

Used to play basketball 2 to 3 times a week, baseball on the weekends and golf when ever I could.

Most of the "storied " programs want no part of playing in Provo- basketball or football.This isn't the HUGE agreement I was referring to.

I for one would say the ability to get a job or a low crime rate is FAR more important than how many games the local basketball team has won.

NBA playoff basketball is simply the best basketball in the world!

The 3am (or weekend) emergency is more of an urban legend than reality!

Don't complicate things by duplicating current municipal ordinances, like barking dogs, yard lights shinning in another neighbor's windows, basketball goals in the driveway (one thing I really don't want to listen to at night...or anytime for that matter, is a bouncing basketball).Others will have much more I'm sure, but get an attorney early on before you set anything in stone that may haunt you later and require a majority vote to change or modify.
