These guy's are a great success story and have built a very successful business in a very short amount of time.If you invest in their courses and take the time to implement what they teach you, it's almost like buying a franchise.I love their attitudes and they way they approach everything with a positive attitude.I know that studying under them has really helped us in setting up our business.

Obviously gives you a bad attitude too.If you seriously want to know and ask nicely I will tell you.

That kind of attitude assumes your personal opinion is what the market "should" think.

We as college people are young so you initially see a high cost of something or just take the attitude of "the market is terrible, it is a stupid idea".

And amazingly enough when I decline to make said improved offer, the house is reoffered to me soon after at my price, or stays on the market because said offer didn't actually exist (or the other offer fell though, but then the listing status should have changed.)And then there's the do anything to get a sale attitude.

They both had a major attitude from the start.

For God's sake, please do not take the "I'll show her and just do it" attitude unless you have already picked out a divorce attorney and intend to live in one of those units.

And they take marketing to get the right kind of Tenant Buyer: Attitude toward Home Ownership strong; low Debt to Earnings Ratio; willing to work on credit and increase income (2nd job, etc); paying for minor maintenance.
