More accurate than any algorithm, and free.

I use Angie's List and Yelp because their algorithms are good (especially Yelps) and filter fake reviews out (unlike Google - they have tons of fake reviews and it's easy to spot when each account that has left a Google review has 1-3 reviews in total). 

I’ve had solid success in the Airbnb ranking algorithm with 49 pics, however I just got some beautiful fall and sunset pics.

I wouldn’t trust your own comps for 100% accuracy as platforms like Zillow syndicate their data from our MLS and often are geographically off and use algorithms that don’t understand the block by block, apples to apples nature of comparisons.

If so, definitely drive around to see what the neighborhoods look like.I ran Tulsa through my algorithm...maybe start with the bluer areas.

Your research is ALWAYS better than using computer algorithms, right?

Unless you want numbers that come from algorithms that are basically poorly educated guesses.....Do your own research, get your own numbers that you can trust, because the data that you collected fits your needs.....

Like any algorithm, you get out of it what you put in.
