Where I am running into an issue is there is a delinquent account on my credit history.

Its a growing market, and a great place to invest for flips and rentals. 

But now things are working more smoothly and after finalizing the accounting for last year, I have a better idea as to what kind of profit to expect.  

Plus I need to leave my folks' place at some point lol.

That place is a total joke.

I also really like looking at a giant balance in a bank or brokerage account.

I've been using Rat X and am convinced it doesn't actually kill them, currently just have snap traps in place.

If you don't have enough money for 3.5% down, find a cheaper place to live and work hard to save up money.

Does anyone know anybody who funds mobile homes and/or abandoned parks with infrastructure already in place?
