It's not as easy as it looks on YouTube and if you don't know the process on how everything gets connected, you will get charged 10x what the videos tell you on the Interwebz.

Look at some YouTube videos by Anderson Business Advisors.I am not an attorney, CPA, only a long-time investor. 

If you have not been to Milwaukee, YouTube is a good start.

I would recommend checking out his YouTube channel and his website: "robbeardsley.me" .

Find Brandon's videos on YouTube for the "four square" method of analyzing homes and practice.

It's the enemy method, search it on Youtube. 

Most people that have limited experience go the thought leadership route.Start learning everything you can about real estate investing and then regurgitate it by writing blogs, starting or being featured on podcasts, blab about it on YouTube and social media.  

People did not have BiggerPockets, YouTube, podcasts, or hundreds of books on real estate investing.
